Entente Design was formed in 2010. We are a small woman-owned business focused on the goal of “Improving Healthcare Through Architecture.” Our mission and vision for the company is one and the same: Care Collaborate Create. We aim to have every client clearly see that we truly Care about their project, that we only achieve success with their Collaboration and that the final design can only be Created after the first two directives are achieved.
Sandy and Carrie Arbuckle, the owners of the firm, have focused on healthcare design in California for more than 25 years. They have extensive knowledge of Federal, State, local building code and Licensing requirements and have developed trusting relationships with these jurisdictions.

Sandy Arbuckle has over 25 years of experience guiding healthcare projects from inception through construction.
He takes care in leading each team through a collaborative process which has earned him respect among owners, users, engineers, agencies and contractors alike.
His process strives to include the interests of all stake holders to create environments that are thoughtfully designed, functional and lasting.

Carrie Arbuckle begins each project with an open mind, open ears and open eyes. Caring for people through the practice of design since 1992, her focus has been healthcare for the last 20 years.
Constant team input enables Carrie to develop detailed space programs and floor plans that meet the immediate and future needs for her clients. She embraces the collaborative process, as she believes it is the key to a successful outcome.
Carrie prides herself on creating space that not only efficiently utilizes space but is beautifully designed. Her work has appeared in national healthcare publications.
